They resort to false advertisement to save money by asking people to go paperless.Their call centers are manned by individuals that can not speak English. The restuarant gift card had expired I am really upset with AT&T my dad worked for them for 41 years clearly they no longer care about thier customers. I found out about the late fee and equipment charge when I called toda I also asked about my elusive gift card after waiting on hold for 45 minutes and talking with two rude customer service representatives i was told they no longer have the restaurant gcard. How can my bill go up if its in a contract for a year? I think AT&T thinks their cusomer are ignorant. I also am supposed to have my bill at a locked in fee tonight they told me that their equipment charges have gone up. Once I went paperless AT&T then decides to move my due date and then to add insult to injury they put a late fee on my account after they have adjusted the date. I also took the offer to go paperless and get a restuarant gift card we went paperless about 5 months ago when i called in feb they stated you have to be paperless 90 days i told customer service that i already had 3 months of paperless, then they said it would be mailed on feb 10. Last month they once again said it was going to be mailed.
